We want all our customers to be able to reach us in their preferred way, so, in addition to our established channels, we’ve just launched two additional methods of getting in touch.
Customers can now use the live chat function on our website to ask about our products and services. It’s a quick and effective way to reach our sales team and is available through standard working hours in Asia, Europe and east coast US. Outside these times, you can leave a message and we’ll respond as soon as we’re back online.
Additionally, many of our customers and partners are based in China so we felt it was about time we launched on WeChat to support even better communication. Anyone on this platform can use the app to browse our products, learn more about our company and send enquiries. All the content is in simplified Chinese and users can chat with us in Mandarin or English. You can find our account with this QR code, or, within WeChat, search Active Silicon in Contacts, select Official Account, and search for ‘Active Silicon’
