New roles for three talented colleagues
We’re excited to announce promotions within the company for three of our valued team members. These colleagues are stepping into newly created roles to support the growth of the business, and we’re delighted to be part of their own continued professional development.
Two of our Test Technicians will move into new roles, reflecting both their dedication while working for Active Silicon and their extensive experience over the course of their wider careers.
Lumi has been promoted to Application Support Engineer. She will be the first point of contact for our customers to receive guidance on product implementation and any customer-reported issues. Lumi will also test new product releases and provide feedback to the engineering teams while assisting customers and resellers with technical queries.
Craig has been promoted from Product Manager to Head of Product and Marketing. In his new role, he will oversee the alignment of our product and marketing teams, ensuring a seamless and customer-driven approach to product design, development, and promotion. He’ll also work closely with the Sales team to support business development opportunities.
Martyna has been promoted to Production Process Engineer, where she will support the manufacturing, testing, and continuous improvement of our advanced imaging products. She’s looking forward to playing a key role in scaling production processes, making sure our products meet the quality our customers expect, and ensuring operational efficiency across our manufacturing lines.
