Active Silicon to Host the International Vision Standards Meeting (IVSM)
The standardization of hardware and software interfaces form the basis of the smooth interoperability between cameras, cabling, interface cards and software libraries. With a long track record of standards involvement and leading edge product development, we are proud to host the upcoming International Vision Standards Meeting (IVSM) from April 27th to May 1st in London. During workshops throughout the week, more than 70 leading experts from the global machine vision industry will discuss and decide about improvements and new releases to standards such as GigE Vision GEV, USB3 Vision, CoaXPress and CameraLink, as well as discussing options for future standards in general.
The social highlight of the week will be a group dinner held at the prestigious Royal Institution of Great Britain surrounded by historical artifacts from the history of science and engineering such as 19th century optics and Faraday’s actual lab.
