Fuelling growth at Active Silicon with new team members

In our journey towards growth and development, one of the most exciting aspects is the expansion of our workforce with talented individuals who bring experience, expertise, and enthusiasm.

We’re pleased to introduce three new members of our team: Mo, Julie and Jake. Each of them possesses skills and experiences that are set to play a pivotal role in our continued success.

Mo is our new IT & Services Technician, coming to us from the financial sector. His expertise is a valuable asset that will help us streamline and enhance our IT services. Mo will also be a key player in aligning our systems and processes with that of the wider Solid State Group of which we are now a part.

Julie is a seasoned Management Accountant with a track record spanning over two decades in the field of auditing, P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting. Julie’s ability to navigate complex financial landscapes and provide invaluable insights will support our financial strategy.

Quality is at the core of everything we do, and Jake, our new Test Technician, is here to ensure that our products meet and exceed the highest standards. Jake’s role involves rigorous testing, ensuring that our products surpass industry benchmarks.

Watch this space for updates on more new faces as we continue to grow the team and recruit new talent across engineering, R&D, operations and administrative roles.
