BlueBird Adapter converts 3G-SDI video to Ethernet/IP output
The latest addition to our BlueBird family of video adapters, the BlueBird SDI – H.264 IP Adapter, converts a 3G/HD-SDI video signal into a low-latency ONVIF compatible Ethernet/IP output.
The adapter contains a high-performance processor device that supports ONVIF and webpage servers. The web server hosts an administration webpage that can be used to control the adapter output. ONVIF compatibility ensures the output stream can integrate seamlessly into a wide range of surveillance, video management systems and automation platforms.
The adapter offers a simple solution for legacy interfaces in older cameras and vision systems which still use 3G/HD-SDI, enabling integration into newer IP-based networks without replacing existing SDI hardware. It also provides extremely low latency IP video output, an essential requirement for real-time applications.
