The FireBird I/O Adapter Type 25D-A allows end bracket access to the TTL and RS-422 I/O connector on a FireBird frame grabber board. This 50 to 25-way adapter comes with an 18cm (7in) ribbon cable and a standard PC card bracket.
On a FireBird frame grabber the I/O signals are provided on a 50-way header on the PCB. Some FireBird frame grabbers already offer access to I/O on the end bracket of the FireBird board.
