A Welcome to Alex our new Materials Controller

We are very pleased to welcome Alex to our Purchase and Supply Chain Management team. Alex joins us from a packing machinery manufacturer where he was responsible for logistics and stock control. Outside the office Alex is passionate about bikes, cars and rugby, having played for a number of years for Reading RFC. He now shares his expertise in planning and improving efficiencies with the Active Silicon team.

Alex’s role as Materials Controller at Active Silicon supports the critical supply chain function of the business, helping to safeguard the continuity of product supply – especially important for embedded systems with a long product life. At Active Silicon we pride ourselves in maintaining full control of all components used in the manufacturing process to ensure quality, reliability and availability.
