Techno Horizon acquires Vital Vision
Techno Horizon Co. Ltd has announced that it has acquired 100% of the shares of Vital Vision Technology Pte. Ltd.
Japan-based Techno Horizon Co., Ltd. delivers a wide range of solutions by integrating cutting-edge AI, IoT, telecommunications, and motor control technologies with its long-established expertise in advanced optics and video/image processing. Operating brands include TIETECH and BlueVision.
Vital Vision Technology, headquartered in Singapore, is a specialist distributor of industrial cameras, frame grabbers, lenses, lighting and software. It supplies advanced imaging solutions to a variety of industries, particularly the semiconductor sector, and has built a strong market presence throughout Southeast Asia.
Vital Vision will continue to operate as an independent business entity under its existing name, with no planned changes to management team or operations.
An announcement was also made at the same time that Techo Horizon would be acquiring 100% of the shares of EI3D Pte. Ltd.
The acquisitions will strengthen Techno Horizon’s position in industrial imaging, factory automation, semiconductor manufacturing and 3D vision applications, while providing a stronger route to market across Singapore and the wider Southeast Asian region.
