Stemmer imaging sold to AL-KO

The founder of the pan-European imaging distributor, Stemmer Imaging, has sold his company to AL-KO AG. AL-KO is a supplier of automotive technology, gardening implements and air-conditioning technology with around 4,000 employees operating in 45 locations. AL-KO AG acquired about 75% of the company shares while the current management team of Christoph Zollitsch and Martin Kerstig now hold close to 25%. The deal was put in force on June 30th, 2017.
