The lightweight Harrier 10x AF-Zoom USB/HDMI Camera (Tamron MP3010M-EV) offers 10x optical zoom and 16x digital zoom with simultaneous display of both HDMI and USB Video Class (UVC) v1.1 output.
The camera is based on the Tamron MP3010M-EV an extremely compact block camera that benefits from Tamron’s high quality optical design and low reflection coating technologies. It offers many sophisticated camera features like Electronic Image Stabilization (EIS), Wide Dynamic Range mode, Day/Night function (ICR), Noise Reduction (3D+2D) and many more.
USB Video output is enabled when the USB interface board is connected to a SuperSpeed USB 3.x host. On power up, the camera video mode may be selected by DIP switch settings on the board. Camera functions may also be controlled using UVC commands, or by sending VISCA commands over RS-485/RS-232/TTL or over the Harrier Virtual COM port (USB). The USB interface serves as (UVC) video output, USB based control input port and optional power supply. An example UVC video application (with source code and Visual studio projects for C++/CLI, C#, and VB) is available on request from Active Silicon.
Active Silicon also offers camera solutions with 3G-SDI/HD-SDI/HD-VLC™ or IP video output. For more information contact our team.
