The Tamron MP1010M or MP1110M cameras are end-of-life. Please contact sales for remaining stock and alternative products. We recommend the Harrier 10x AF-Zoom USB/HDMI Camera (Tamron MP3010M-EV) as their improved successor. Lighter and with nearly identical dimensions, it is still the smallest AF-Zoom camera on the market.
The Harrier 10x AF-Zoom USB/HDMI Camera (Tamron MP1010M / MP1110M) offers 10x optical zoom and 16x digital zoom with simultaneous display of both HDMI and USB Video Class (UVC) v1.1 output.
The camera is based on the Tamron MP1010M or Tamron MP1110M and comes with optical vibration compensation (-VC version), or without this feature (-WP version). This lightweight, high image-quality block camera solution is extremely compact, measuring only 58.43 x 34.7 x 41.5mm and weighing only 81g. It features SMPTE 274M and SMPTE 296M compliant video output up to 1080p60 Full HD.
USB Video output is enabled when the USB interface board is connected to a SuperSpeed USB 3.x host. The HDMI output is enabled when an HDMI cable is connected. On power up, the camera video mode may be selected by DIP switch settings on the board. Camera video modes, along with other functions, may also be controlled by sending VISCA commands over RS-485/RS-232/TTL or over the Harrier Virtual COM port, or using UVC commands. The USB interface serves as (UVC) video output, USB based control input port and optional power supply. An example UVC video application (with source code and Visual studio projects for C++/CLI, C#, and VB) is available on request from Active Silicon.
Benefiting from Tamron’s high quality optical design and low reflection coating technologies, this compact autofocus-zoom camera offers Wide Dynamic Range mode, 3D noise reduction, keystone correction, motion detection and many other sophisticated camera features.

Connector Specification
KEL30 Connector (J1) |
The interface board is fitted with a 30-way miniature connector to link to the matching connector on the camera. Connector type: KEL USL00-30L. Mating cable: A 30-way micro coaxial cable (AS-CIB-USL30-100MM) is supplied with the camera. Lengths available: KEL USL20-30SS-010-C (100mm length) or KEL USL20-30SS-005-C (50mm length). |

VISCA Control: |
The VISCA serial signal is routed through the interface board and to the camera. However, this serial signal is also connected to the camera interface board; extended VISCA commands (not used by the camera) may be used to control the interface board.
